Our Story
Welcome to Us Move Learn Grow, where transformation finds its path through movement and self-discovery. I'm Maria Karakostanoglou, a specialised kinesiologist and facilitator of Brain Gym®, Educational Kinesiology, and Core Energetics— modalities crafted to foster profound growth through the mind-body connection.
My journey into this transformative field began unexpectedly, spurred by personal curiosity and an unyielding desire for change. Rooted in a background of language and international relations, my academic path commenced with a degree in English Literature from the University of Athens, followed by postgraduate studies in International Public Relations at the University of Watford in England, and advanced studies in Conference Interpreting and Translation at the University of Mons in Belgium.
These experiences painted a diverse cultural canvas, laying the foundation for my career as an interpreter at the European Commission until November 1998.
In 1999, driven by an insatiable thirst for profound change, I encountered the transformative potential of specialized kinesiology firsthand, experiencing remarkable personal shifts.
Delving deeper into this world, I uncovered a universal language embedded within these practices—a language rooted in the body, empowering individuals to unlock their potential, redefine their lives, and navigate challenges with unwavering resilience.
Over the years, I've immersed myself in various methodologies, from Brain Gym® and 3 in 1 concepts to Core Energetics and RMTi practices. Each approach I've embraced aims to empower individuals, offering tools to simplify life, enhance family dynamics, and manage adversities with reduced stress.
